Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all WireGenie subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and use the order lookup with the email used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@getwiregenie.com and we will help process your refund.

After 30 days, you can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
